1. 山东大学碳纳米材料工程应用研究中心成立于2014年。中心依托山东大学良好的研究平台，并进一步拓宽与世界上其他知名研究机构的合作，致力打造一个碳纳米材料领域产学研结合的国际联合研究中心。

2. 中心的主要研究方向包括新型碳纳米材料（如碳纳米管、石墨烯等）的设计、制备、表征和应用。中心研究重点是面向碳纳米材料的工程应用，开展有重要科学意义和实用价值的基础研究，并培养相关科学研究和工程技术人才。

       中心现有各类研究人员14名，其中包括：

• 国家特聘教授1名，

• 泰山海外特聘教授1名，

• 海外客座教授2名。

• 另外还有博士研究生和硕士研究生40余名。

       “21世纪是碳材料的世纪”，作为碳纳米材料基础及产业化的国际合作研究平台，我们将集中力量突破碳纳米材料在各领域应用的基础科学技术问题和产业化难关。本中心最为重要的特色之一是国际化，基本团队成员包括山东大学和美国莱斯大学的知名教授，拥有着长期的紧密合作，并且一起做出过出色的研究成果。特色之二所有基础研究项目都基于市场或产业需求来提出着眼点和落脚点，目标是为具有国际竞争态势的产业提高技术后盾；特色之三产学研紧密结合，积极与当地企业形成战略合作，积极培养综合型的新材料领域高科技人才。

Our core team includes renowned professors from Shandong University and Rice University (USA), who have maintained long-term, close collaboration and jointly achieved outstanding research outcomes.The second key feature is that all fundamental research projects are driven by market or industrial needs, ensuring that their focus and outcomes are aligned with practical applications. Our goal is to strengthen the technological foundation of globally competitive industries.The third defining characteristic is the close integration of industry, academia, and research. We actively establish strategic partnerships with local enterprises and are dedicated to cultivating high-level, interdisciplinary talent in the field of advanced materials.
